A calm day in Antigua

Hola,

I´m happy to report that I don´t have much to report! Dennis came home yesterday and looks better than he has in the last two weeks. The doctor wanted him to rest for three days before he left for the states. He will be leaving on Friday. My friend, Kate, will be arriving the same time Dennis is leaving. It worked out well. We did find out that our neighbor has a digital camera cable, so Dennis will be posting pictures to the blog later today.

I had a big discovery yesterday...soy milk! They have a little shop that carries soy milk. If only they had a People magazine.

Mia is doing great. The only time she cries is when we have the television on FOX news. She is a liberal at heart! She sleeps pretty much through the night and LOVES to get her diaper changed. As soon as I place her on the bed, she just starts laughing. I heard it doesn´t last. I´ll take advantage of it now. We found out that each village has their own textile pattern. I´m trying to find Mia´s pattern for her room. She was born in San Pedro Ayumpuc It is a tiny little village outside of Guatemala City.

Pictures coming soon...
